Sean ProspectSean Prospect, the Executive Director of the FIU After-School All-Stars, has been a part of the After-School All-Stars organization since 2004. With his passion for helping others in need, Sean has dedicated his time to serving underprivileged children in the South Florida chapter of the largest middle school focused after school program in America. By obtaining millions of dollars in grants and creating numerous programs for children, he strives to make his community a better and safer place. Sean has acquired a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science (2002) and a Master's Degree in Sports Management (2003) from Florida International University. He was also a four year member of the FIU Honors College. When Sean is away from work, he enjoys reading, cooking, and creating fun and challenging games with his children. He is married to his lovely wife, Dawn and they have two daughters.

Richard McKinleyRichard has been working with After-School All-Stars since 2005. He is a graduate of Florida International University with a degree in Business Administration. Richard was also a four year scholarship athlete, running both the 400 and 800 meter events in track and field. He is the middle of three, one older brother and a younger sister.

Rohan Thompson Rohan was born on a little known island in the Caribbean by the name of Jamaica. He moved to the United States at age 13 and has been living in Florida ever since. He is an avid soccer fan (A.C. Milan and FC Barcelona) as well as a member of the United States Youth Soccer Association, with experience coaching at the under 15 level. Rohan graduated from FIU in December 2003 with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Marketing. In 2008, a colleague introduced Rohan to the world that is After-School All-Stars and the rest they say is history.

Karla Mosqueda Karla a native of Managua, Nicaragua moved to the United States in 1983. She is a graduate from Coral Gables Senior High and has studied at Miami Dade College. Karla has a special interest in helping children with intellectual disabilities. She believes each of us no matter the age, race, gender, background or disability has something to contribute to society. She believes the road to success is simply trying. Karla enjoys traveling, learning and helping others. She feels honored to be part of FIU-After-School All-Stars.
