The InfoEd Database InfoEd is DSRT's recommended database for general grant searches and notification. The Office of Research and Grants can help you set up your own profile with keywords that will tie into funding opportunities in your research area. For those who are more independent-minded, you can set up a profile on your own. Go to Pre & Post Award > SPINPlus.
The Community of Science Database Access your personal profile and subscribe to email from the Community of Science. COS delivers grant opportunities according to key words you specify in your profile. You may also do free searches on line at this site. You must register (for free) as an independent researcher.
NSF Grants Data You can download program announcements, press releases, monthly bulletins and other publications directly through an on-line full-text retrievable system which is Web-based. This page has everything you need to find programs at NSF in many different and convenient ways.
NSF's Custom News Service To receive email or web alerts of new program announcements, you can subscribe to NSF's Custom News Service. This service will customize program announcements, bulletins, etc., to your own research interest profile.

NIH Grants This page provides information about grants and grant policy and awards data. It provides a search engine for programs.
NIH Guide This NIH site provides a searchable guide to NIH grants and contracts. You can search using key words and phrases, locate articles by volume and number and access archives by year and weekly publication date. A convenient way to keep up-to-date on NIH announcements is to obtain weekly content notifications via email using the NIH Guide Table of Contents Notification LISTSERV service . This service provides embedded URLs to access Guide articles.
NIH Award Data This site provides a search engine for NIH awards of all types. This page also provides NIH Competing Research Project Applications/Success Rates, NIH Awards by State, Geographical Distribution of NIH Support, and NIH Extramural Awards Ranking Tables among other interesting data.
GrantsNet is a database for the biological and medical sciences. We've included it primarily for those in HPER who may have overlapping interests with those in the health sciences. The AAAS and Howard Hughes Medical Institute have teamed up to create a searchable database of biomedical funding options. This site requires registration for email updates.
Polaris Grants Central provides basic information in the form of directories, lists, hints and tips, resources, and articles for grant seekers.
The Federal Register provides daily listings from the Federal Register. It cannot be searched.
Multiple Databases lists a number of excellent databases to search for grants including FedWorld where you can search multiple databases at once!
State of Florida Grant Opportunities (though DSRT) The Office of Research and Grants also maintains a printed catalog of grant opportunities for the State of Florida.
