Welcome to the homepage of Florida International University’s, College of Education (COE) Office of Graduate Studies (OGS). This Office serves to support the COE graduate programs in collaboration with faculty, administrators, and the COE Doctoral Policies Committee. The COE offers an array of master’s, educational specialist and doctoral degrees, both Ed.D. and Ph.D
Students pursuing a COE Masters or Educational Specialist degree will find program, application, registration, and advisement information at this site. For those pursuing a doctoral degree, in addition, information is available about doctoral committees, the doctoral candidacy examinations and the dissertation process.
Finally, this office oversees the COE Graduate Assistantship Program. Information about becoming a COE Graduate Assistant can be found at this site.

NEWS for ALL COE Doctoral Students and Graduate Faculty:
Logging into the “COE Doctoral Central Moodle Site” is required. This COE online doctoral portal provides vital information to COE doctoral students and their advisors (e.g., required forms, candidacy exam procedures, sample dissertations and proposals, links to faculty research interests-AND MUCH, MUCH, MORE!). All OGS doctoral student and faculty reminders will be posted in moodle and emails will be sent using moodle listserv. You only need to join once. Click here for detailed directions to join.
