  2. One month prior to the end of each semester, a second written request will be sent to all faculty members requesting that they provide a list of their COE Educational Laboratory support requirements for their individual classes NLT 14 days before the end of the semester.

  3. After the processing of the departmental and faculty requests, Educational Laboratory utilization will be scheduled on a first come - first served, as needed basis.

  4. The staff of the Office of Technology will notify the departments and faculty immediately if scheduling conflicts exist, and every effort will be made to accommodate all requests to maximize the utilization of the limited COE Educational Laboratory resources available.

  5. The official Educational Laboratory schedule will be disseminated college-wide by the Office of Technology. The official schedule will also be posted outside the entrance of the labs, and all faculty and staff are expected to adhere to this schedule.
PLEASE NOTE: Special events which support the mission of the university and college can be requested through the Office of Technology and will be scheduled on a space available basis.
