Brief Description of the Program:
The Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Development Track is a community and family-based program geared towards individuals already working in programs serving infants, toddlers, and pre-school aged children. This program does not lead to professional teacher certification in the state of Florida.
Admission Requirements:
A minimum lower-division GPA of 2.5 or better on a 4.0 scale;
Either 60 credit hours of lower division coursework or an AA degree from an accredited institution;
Meet CLAST requirements by: a) passing all sections of CLAST exam, or b) exemption from all sections of CLAST, or 3) a combination of exemption and passing scores for all sections of CLAST.

Total Credits: 120
Lower division credits: 60
Upper division credits: 60
Students may register for a maximum of 15 credits prior to admission to the program;
These courses must be taken in the following sequence: RED 3313, RED 4100, RED 4150;
TSL 3370 is not offered in the summer term.
